If you are looking to seek major changes in your life then you have come to the perfect place.

DEATH… Look I don’t mean to sound morbid, but it is around the corner. Especially if you’re not making the proper steps to take care of your body.

Did you know that the leading cause of death is heart disease? About 610,000 people die of heart disease in the United States every year–that’s 1 in every 4 deaths. Heart disease is the leading cause of death for both men and women.
Well how do you lower the chance of getting heart disease? I’m glad you asked 🙂

  • Control Your Blood Pressure
  • Keep your cholesterol and triglyceride levels under control.
  • Stay at a healthy weight.
  • Eat a healthy diet.
  • Get regular exercise.
  • Limit alcohol (awww bummer )
  • Manage stress
  • Manage diabetes
  • Make sure you get enough sleep
